Payment is due immediately at the end of sale. Bidders agree to enter a valid credit card information when registering on this site, and to update that information as needed. By entering your credit card information, you authorize Peachtree & Bennett DBA as Companies Estate Sales to charge your credit card for the amount of any winning bid, as well buyer's premium and taxes (when applicable).
Please note: Fee of 3% handling fee will apply. Bidders may arrange to pay by cash, check with valid ID, cashiers check or wire during the advertised pickup period. Purchases of over $5000 may not be paid by credit card. Please contact the office for further arrangements.

Bidder will forfeit their item(s) if failing to pick them up or arrange for alternative pick up and shipping through an outside carrier by the end of advertised pick-up timeframe. Title and ownership of the items will revert to Peachtree & Bennett, which may resell or donate the items or restore them to the seller at their sole discretion, as outlined above, Peachtree & Bennett will charge the credit card on file for any moving, storage, or disposal charges.
