No refunds or exchanges. - Items not picked up by end of pickup date will be forfeited and there will be no refund. - This sale is online auction only, no shopping at the location at time of pick up. - Please be respectful of neighbors property and do not block driveways or mailbox access. - Winning bidder is responsible for handling, disassembling, loading and delivery of purchase from the estate to their - -- home/location.
