Pick up at the Estate Sunday, Oct 4th and Monday, Oct 5th 10 AM - 4 PM TBA Harvard St, Sarasota, FL 34237 Exact address will be provided to buyers at the bottom of purchase receipt. - Be kind and courteous to each other. - Use social distancing and take safety precautions by wearing a mask. - Bring verification of your purchase, printed documentation or other form of confirmation. - All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. - Items not picked up by end of pickup date will be forfeited and there will be no refund. - This sale is online auction only, no shopping at the location at time of pick up. - Please be respectfully of neighbors property and do not block driveways or mailbox access. - Winning bidder is responsible for handling, disassembling, loading and delivery of purchase from the estate to their - home/location.
