Atlanta-based estate sale company, Companies Estate Sales (Sister of Peachtree & Bennett Galleries), announces their kick off online estate sale - The estate of "Phantom of the Fox", Joe Patten", the long time caretaker and resident of the Atlanta's famed Fox Theater.
The collection, including over 100 items acquired by Mr. Patten, can be previewed online or in person at the Fox Theater.

All Items must be removed by August 22 - No exeptions - If you are unable to pay for and pick up during the period specified for the auction, do not bid OR make arrangements PRIOR bidding.
Please exercise caution/ courtesy when accessing the building (Entrance by Ponce de Leon Avenue)
Follow the signs and do not disturb the attendees/ management at the Fox.
