1. OPERATION OF SITE.

As a condition of using the Services, you are required to register through the Site. Registration on the Site requires creation of a user account ("User Account") whereby you will provide your real name, phone number, email address, credit card details, and other requested information, and selection of a password and user I.D. (“User I.D.”) You may not select or use as a User I.D. a name: (a) of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (b) subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (c) that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or to cancel, a User Account in our sole discretion. Account and password. If your password is compromised, you must change your password and immediately notify Companies Estate Sales of any unauthorized use or other security breach. Bidding

By bidding on any Lot, you agree to purchase the Property and/or Experience at the amount you have bid together with costs associated therewith that are disclosed on the Auction page for such Lot. You agree that should you bid on a Lot and your bid is the winning bid, that you are bound to pay.

Closing

Close of Bidding: The closing time of each item is listed on the website. Items close in the order in which they are listed on the website. On the final day of the sale, the website will list specific closing times for each item. However, any item that receives a bid within the last two minutes of the closing time will automatically be extended for an additional two minutes from the time at which the bid was received. This automatic extension system will remain in effect as long as bids continue to be entered. If no bid activity is received for Two minutes, the item will close, and the winning bid will be registered.

All Bidders agree that CES and GoBeyond Charities will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, compensatory, consequential, or exemplary damages. In the event that CES or GoBeyond is found to be liable to the Bidder, damages are limited to and may not exceed the amount of money paid by the Bidder for that purchase

The event is fully SOLD OUT Contributions can be made at GOBeyondCharities .org It is not necessary to attend the event to bid or buy. Sucessful Buyers not attending the event will be mailed any certificates or gift cards and can pick up larger items at the Companies Estate Sale on Tuesday 17th located at 1500 Roswell Rd Marietta Ga At Event or Offsite at CES
